Do the EC Rear Seats Recline?

Does anybody know if the rear seat in the extended cabs have a way of reclining at all? That seat sits so upright, it

I don't know about the '03, but on my '02, the seat back is fixed by hooks to the back wall of the cab. There is no way to recline it, unless you were to fabricate new seat mounts to move the seat base forward (thus reducing leg/knee room).
