I now have 10k on my truck and have noticed wear on the inside of the driver side tire (firestone). It does have a very slight pull to the right.
Is the cost of an alignment for our trucks fairly reasonable?

I believe that if you are under 12 or 15k miles the dealer will do it under warranty. Just show them the chopping tires and persuade them to do it, I did.

I also had tire wear on the iside of the drivers side tire. The dealer the dealer told me to rotate because I had 7800mi.and I should have rotated at 7500mi.A tire guy that I know told me that it was because the front ends are so spongy that the tires lean in when you go over bumps.
So I tighten up my torsion bars made my truck look alot better and realy pretty much solved my tire wear problem.Hope i spelled everything right.

MAKE THEM WARRANTY THIS PROBLEM. YOU ARE COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY FOR THE FIRST YEAR ON THIS VEHICLE WITH YOUR STATED CONCERN. EVEN IF THERE IS NO PROBLEM HAVE THEM DO ONE ANYWAY!

My dealer told me that alignment wasn't a warranty item after 7500 miles.

Hey Windjammer:

I had my '02 aligned at McWhorter's there in Lubbock back in August after putting the Ranchhand on the front and cranking the torsion bars (I raised the front end 1.5 inches to compensate for the squat from 250lbs of bumper!). My truck had 8500 miles or so on it at the time, but I didn't even try to go through the dealer, since I figured they'd balk at it (aftermarket stuff...they can be pretty picky!). Cost me $95 bucks, but they do great work there...I sure would recommend them.

Just had an alignment on mine. $65.00 at goodyear. Drives nice and straight. Only thing was steering wheel was cocked slighty, took care of that by adjusting the tie rod ends in equal amounts.
