Has anyone towed with Rickson 19.5,s and 3.73 gears? If so did it make much differance in pulling power over the stock tires. Am seriously considering changing over.

It won't increase pulling power, it will decrease. Not much but a little bit as the 19.5's are a larger tire, 33" I think. It is more for a longer lasting and better performing tire set up.

On a stock tire to 225/70-19.5 pull at 26,000 GVW on the same hill, I lost about 2 mph. Big deal. There is a performace loss when you start from a stop but it is very minimal. With the juice I just light the 19.5's up anyway. I try not to do it as my tires are $215 a piece. I got approx. 20,000 miles on the 19.5's and wear is very good so far. Well over 3/4 left.
