On 11/14/2002 I posted about a vibration/rattle coming from the 4/4 shifter on the floor. This happened in 2wheel drive while towing. It happened also in 4wheel drive. Following suggestions, I had the linkage and shifter greased and the problem went away for awhile. I had it greased on every oil change and last year in Spokane, Wash the dealership said this wasn't right and replaced the "shifter assembly" saying the old one was loose and unable to adjust. This was at 24,000 miles. Now it is doing the same thing at 32,000. Any suggestions????
