Which way should the pump get rotated to get pump advanced? I am starting to think that they turned mine the wrong way...

Phil,
Do you have access to a scan tool, before adjusting make sure your suspicions are correct.

TDC offset per my 98 manual more positive number rotate towards pass side, more negative go toward drivers side
