Anyone else with a rear pinion seal leak?

21k and noticed the rear pinion seal leaking after my last camping trip.
How common is this prob?
Dealer tells me they have never seen one yet :rolleyes:
Think I'm okay to run it for awhile or do I risk a huge dump and cook the rear end?

I had an axle seal leak not long after it went off warranty but nothing else has been touched on the diff and I have nearly 260,000km.

Most pinion seal leaks I've repaired were usually caused by plugged breathers.

mine leaked at the pinion seal at 5000 miles .... and i had to make a 1000 mile trip.... just keep er full and wait until the part comes in (i had to wait 3 weeks) but since i kept all my gear lube reciepts they reimbursed me in full!
