Cowboy Wild Bill, I forgot to tell you that your dealer should be able to give you a copy of the factory TSB that tells how to put all of these parts together.

I must have a very good dealer. I asked if there was a technical bulletin and my service advisor found it 02-07-30-051A dated Feb '03. THEY ARE GOING TO ORDER THE PARTS AND DO IT UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Will be set up just like the '03. And it won't cost me a cent for parts! And they will do all the work! Can't beat that.

Correction to my previous post:
The OD lockout switch is NOT covered under warranty. When I talked to the service advisor on the phone, he said it was covered. When I went in to order the parts, he said it was not covered.
Oh well. Guess I have a little work to do.
