How many zerks?

For us first time lubers, how many zerks are on ext cab 4X4 Duramax/Allison?

'02, Edge, Lurcerix, 255R85's, Transferflow

11 zerks-
1 on each upper ball joint, 1 on each lower ball joint, 1 on the pitman arm, 1 on each inner tie rod, 1 on each outer tie rod, and 2 on the idler arm.

Torque, If you do a search you should find a few threads on the zerks. I don't recall who, but someone did a great job on explaining where all the zerks are located and took photos to boot!

One of the best suggestions I have seen here on zerts is to go to the parts store and buy about 4 of those angle zerts and replace the stock ones in those tough hard to reach locations so you can grease them easier in the future.

You will soon see that this is a great suggestion after you try to lube this sucker with the straight zerts.
