I have been to the gmpartsdirect website to order some oil filters and when I do the search it comes up with no parts available. What am I doing wrong and has anyone else had difficulty finding parts?

Use the part # search. The part # is PF2232. It seems they haven't updated their database to include new the new trucks.

I tried to find the PF2232 oilfilter there and finally gave up.Ordered 8 from ACdirect.com for 80 bucks delivered. Not much cheaper than the dealer charged for a Champion. The AC PF2232 is not available in this part of the world yet.I have never had this much trouble finding an oil filter but insist on an AC Delco filter.

Thanks for the replies. I tried gmpartsdirect again and stuck out again then I tried ACDirect and found what I needed.
Ordered 4 at $8.75 each. smile.gif
I too have had that same experience only to chk back later (when they're not so busy?) and have it to work. Go figure. ~ odoh
I found the engine oil and air filter under gmpartsdirect.com. They are listed under FILTERS. The oil filter number is 88917036, price is $8.61. The trans and fuel filters were not listed under anything I could find. I also could not find and ACdirect website.
I like gmpartsdirect but their shipping costs are exorbitant. I am wondering if a similar website with cheaper shipping exists.

Try AC-Direct.com
I've used these guys a few times. Their price is usually higher than gmpartsdirect.com to start with, but cheaper when you figure in the super high shipping costs of gmpartsdirect.com

I also would like to find another source. My dealer wanted $18+ for the PF2232. The best price I have found in a parts store is $15.

Try http://www.gm-parts-dealer.com/
They seem to be as cheap and shipping is minimal, 40 cents on my last order. It hasn't arrived yet, but that may be another story....
