Posting pictures

I took some pictures of some filters with a digital camera and put them in a file on the computer and I would like to know how to include these pictures in a post. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Before you can post your pictures you first have to find a place to host them. One easy way to do this is to use webshots ... see www.webshots.com. (http://www.webshots.com.) Many ISP's also provide personal storage space on their server. Once you have the pictures hosted you can use UBB tags in your post to link to the pictures...

For example, to make a link to a web site like webshots where your pictures are stored you would do the following:

Link with a name:
Your Link Name Here

url only:
http://community.webshots.com/user/jbplock

I added a spaces (errors) after "[URL " and "Your Link Name Here (http://community.webshots.com/user/jbplock)

http://community.webshots.com/user/jbplock

To post an image directly use the "img" tag

http://thumb7.webshots.com/s/thumb1/3/75/17/75037517JntVle_th.jpg

and with the space removed ...
