I have same truck, with step tubes and plastic boxliner, full tank of fuel and me (180 lb) @ 6960 lb. on certified CAT scale.

Geez, I must have a fat truck :D Mine with full tank of fuel and me 190 lb. = 7180 lb.

BTW mine is just an ex-cab shorty

I weighed my 2003 2500HD CC Duramax/Ali a couple of months ago and it was about 7400 lbs. I had a few things in it, but not too much - 100 extra pounds at most.

My 2500 HD CC SB Duramax/Ally with driver, full fuel, full legnth bars, aluminum tool box (some tools) weighted in at 7250 lb on the local land fill scale.
