Don't know if anyone caught that '03 3500 Ram in Truck Trend spotting 22x8 Oasis rims with 315-65-22 (37") Goodyears on it.

Sure did look tough and I was wondering if Oasis (or other wheel makers) could make something like that to fit on a GM 3500. The article stated that the towing rating was somewhere around 25,000 for the rig and that the drivetrain was stock. The engine was reprogrammed to up the hp from 305 to 375.

The only aftermarket rims I have seen so far for the GM duallies are 16x6, which are even smaller than the stock 16x6.5 steel wheels.

C5dura,
I not know about 22" wheels on the 3500's,but Alcoa's Hot Shots are 16 X 6.5. The earlier versions were 16x6,but they were recalled.

As far as the ebay truck... All I can say is more money than sense. Also did you notice that he is claiming 150hp out of the Predator? Um????

Here are a couple of pics of the 22x8 rims w/ the Goodyears. IMHO this looks a lot better than the 'commercial rig' 22.5 inch wheels on that GMC.
