Fuel Purification System Reverses Sludge Buildup and Continuously Cleans Diesel Fuel System.

It is known that common contaminants such as water or dirt particles can stop a diesel engine with very little trouble. Diesel owners have traditionally gone to great pains to maintain clean fuel. The filtering out of contaminants is always not a simple task. Use a single 20 to 30 micron filter and injector-damaging dirt can get into the engine. Install only a 2 to 3 micron filter and with dirty fuel the filters will clog and stop the engine in hours..

Fuel problems will eventually cause engine smoke, the loss of power, carbon buildup and premature engine failure. Fuel filters that do not last over 500 hours are an indication of fuel problems. But many users simply change the filters and pour in another chemical additive.

Dieselcraft Fluid Engineering of Auburn, CA has developed a new and more advanced two-stage fuel purification system to deal with the contamination, oxidation and repolymerization of diesel fuel can start as soon as the fuel enters the distribution chain. Every time the fuel is transferred contaminants, dirt, water or other fuel blends, enter the fuel. None of these additions to the fuel are good for the engine.

The system is installed between the fuel tank and the primary engine fuel filter. The fuel return percentage of most diesel engines allows high rate of re-circulating of the fuel. This is what allows stage one of the system to separate out the 99.9% of the water and over 95% of solids from the fuel prior to reaching the engines filters. Then stage two the strontium ferrite stabilizer induces a small electric charge into the fuel repeatedly. This continual pre-filter induction and polishing of the fuel is what kills bacteria, helps make the fuel acid free and tanks clean.

The purification system only requires regular opening of the separator drain. There are no filters to replace or check.

The Dieselcraft Fuel Purifications Systems are supplied in seven models ranging from 5 gallons per hour flow rates to 2500 gallons per hour. The most common units are: Model 5-29S for engines with fuel pump capacities from 5-29 GPH and
