Dual Alternators

This topic seems to be all the rage in the D-Max forum, and I don't want to be left out :D I know there were factory dual-alternator 6.5's, has anyone tried switching over? I would rather have dual 105-amp alternators or 140-amp alternators than dump a pile of money on a single 200-amp alternator.
Anyone already done it?
