quick heat glows

HI!
Well I finally got my quick heat glow plugs,and after a time I finally got them In .
I had to remove my three inch mandrel bent down pipe ,to install the third back.
Question??? Has any one noticed that the quick heats take about a ,one thousand 10 count versus the G 9,11 S?,6 Second!
Also my truck seems to start harder.
Got some Injectors commin,got a bit of black smoke and run a little rough at start ,7-10 sec.s.

If your question infers that the Quick Heats have had an impact on glow plug on-time, that seems odd

Hi Brian.
Thanks for the advice.I did update my profile,this morning.
My truck is a 1994 ext cab 4x4 chev silver,6.5 turbo diesel.
I was talking to a friend this morning,and he said that he wasn`t impressed with the quick heats glows also. He said that he experienced longer starts and that the quick heat glows, don`t seem to heat up as hot as the g9-g11`s.
