dual exhaust size

Besides my diesels, have one Chevrolet dually with the 454 gas engine. Existing duall exhaust is rotting out. What size should I replace it with. Is the duall 3" with crossover like your 6.2 has overkill for a gasser?

Dual 3" overkill for a 454? NOT AT ALL !!

Higher revs, stoichiometric combustion, more cubes, all good reasons to use the dual 3" system for that truck, too.
