Your 6.5L turbo heads will work just fine in the NA mode until you add your turbo. At one mile up, you will really like the improved performance you get from the turbo.

Don't worry about the precups. Stick with the turbo precups so you don't have to pull the heads again just because you add the turbo. The bigger passage in the turbo precups will make your engine just a wee bit slightly more like a direct injection engine ;) .

Will the pump deliver enough pressure and fuel for the 6.5 nozzles? At what pop pressure must I set the injectors?

don't worry about the injectors, they will work fine with the pump.
The pressures are more or less the same ( exept the hi pop/flow )and the injectors delliver what ever the pump is sending them.

You do have to twist the injectorline a little if you put on the 6.5 heads because the angle is a bit different.
