Dr Lee,The cruise control died on my diesel conversion (84 cab) and if I remember a comment from you was that there was a good aftermarket control available at a reasonable cost.
Any leads would be appreciated as I hate to go without cruise.
I priced a servo at the local GM dude, about $270 wholesale, seems a tad expensive to me.

Look for SCS Frigette with a Google search, then track down a local dealer, usually an automotive A/C shop. This is what I used - about $200 for everything you need, and it has been flawless ever since I installed it.
