I've got whats left of a M1008 1-1/4 ton truck sitting in the shop.

I had plans to use the Dana 60 in a 4x4 project or dump a 2WD truck body on it.

But, I'm really strapped for cash and I thought that someone here might want or have a need for it.

This is off an 84 truck

Whats left:

Fuel tank
Dana 60 front (that needs bearings, the input shaft is loose)
14Bolt FF w/ locker 4.56 gears
33" Tires on misc 8 lug rims, they're not that good, but usable
Steering box, hydroboost, bumpers, tow hooks other stuff..

So what's it worth to you?

You've got to come get it, but shipping may be a possibility.

I'm not interested in selling it in parts, it's a take it or leave it situation.

I'm thinking 1,200.00 OBO, heavy on the OBO.

Sounds like this would be a great Urban Gorilla/HMMWV starting point.

Extreme 4x4 on Spike TV is building an Urban Gorilla using an 80's Suburban chassis, and Gale Banks is providing a twin turbo Duramax to go into it.

The Urban Gorilla Hummer replica bodies are mostly steel with a fiberglass hood.

Chuckvee,

I ended up listing mine for sale in the local classified ads paper here in town. I listed it for a couple of weeks, finally got the right buyer.

I had some bites on here too, you're best off with a local sale, it's a lot of effort for someone to drive and come pick up.

Then again, with as many CA users on here, I figure you have some luck.

Suggest lowering the price a bit...
