Hello:

When I open the fuel drain valve at the front of the engine, with engine on or off, no fuel comes out. Engine starts and runs fine. No codes.

Scanner says voltage to the lift pump OK, always reads voltage?

Check all your fuses. Lots of common circuits for a taxed ignition switch. For WTS cycle it should run for your year (key on not cranking). After that the oil pressure switch controls power. Its a flow through design LP the IP can suck fuel from tank for light load operation.

Its a common problem well documented with several posts. You could probably search and read all afternoon.

oops I read your post too fast.

Sounds like lift pump is dead. Again lots of posts on it. A common part to fail.

You could also have a blockage in you fuel filter housing maybe but LP is a common failure.

Its easy to replace but have a couple of rags handy for the fuel that drains out the lines taking them loose.

Do you hear it at first while WTS light is on? If so Oil pressue switch may be culprit. Also physically check if voltage at pump. If not investigate OPS.
