Dash Gauges

Is there a ground connection under the dash for the in dash gauges?
My oil pressure, water temp and fuel gauges are jumping around like a five year old about to wet his pants.
The volt meter was doing it also, until I did that niffty bolt through the battery terminal trick.

There you go,also not a bad ideal to clean all grounds and reconnect using some dielectric grease. Dash grounds are on that big round bar at the lowest point of the dash.
