is that what im seeing in front of my fuel tank??
does this condense the fuel or what?

Yes. That's the fuel cooler. It cools the fuel before returning back to the tank. I don't know about condensing, though....That would be a scarry thought.

the reason i said "condensing" was because i noticed diesel fuel is real foamy..
i figured this cooler would get the fuel to a liquid..

Have you guys looked at the fuel line routing? It hugs the transmission then jumps over the turbo inlet exhaust pipe on the driver's side. The lines don't have any sort of insulation. Safe enough, but I can't help but wonder about heat absorption in warmer seasons/climates.

Likewise, one of the Allison ATF cooling lines runs uncomfortably close to the exhaust pipe.
