I hate to sell it, but I have too many vehicles...The truck is in good condition and complete. It runs like a top and generally will get 18mpg but have seen as high as 23mpg!

1) The body is dent and rust free, paint has normal wear etc.
2) Tires are a few months old, and look great!
3) The brakes are in good shape.
4) The transmission works flawlessly and has only ~50,000 miles on a complete rebuild.
5) The engine is mint, starts easily, runs strong and pulls hard.
6) This truck has had the oil changed, and chasis lubed regularly. Rotella T 5w-40 Synthetic every 3-4000 miles.
7) The truck has approximately ~200,000 miles on the engine.
8) Brackets mounted to the frame for fifth wheel hitch.
9) Check my signature for more details.
10) I have 10 current pictures I can email to anyone interested.

I can be reached at spadoctor@in-tch.com OR 1-406-880-6489

This truck will make its next owner happy for many miles. Please PM, email or call me for additional information, serious inquiries only please.

Thanks,

Chris

That makes the price very reasonable indeed.

I'd think that even without the engine it would be worth that much or more...

Someone is going to be a lucky owner.

If it wasn't on the other side of the country, had a manual transmission, and I didn't just buy my truck last Fall I'd really be thinking about it! Hmmm... Maybe I could swap the manual into it from my truck and vice versa and then sell my truck...

That does sound like a fair price, I have admired that truck ever since joining TDP, but I think you have made a typo in the sig line, 1989?

That's no typo. It's a 1989 model truck that was originally equipped with a 6.2L n/a diesel. Jim and Chris remade the truck, and installed 1998 grille, bumper, etc, when they completed the transformation to the hot rod 6.5L turbo.

I've been losing sleep over this deal....I want that truck so bad, but I have too many projects going on right now....

Nope, its not a typo!

arveetek! you would have looked so good cruising around in the truck too!!

Thanks to all for the emails and phone calls reguarding the PP Truck! I received a down payment for it today from one of the DP members. I look forward to reading about its future with its new owner!

The new owner of the Power Project Truck headed home with it today....

I was a little sad to see it go, but glad it will be in good hands with a long time Diesel Page member!
