How can I identify a 6.2 D true casting and letter code on top of the block
And heads also.
Isn`t there any list where I can get this info ?

No list that I'm aware of.. YET!

Most 6.2's have the casting number located on the drivers rear of the block below heads that will end in '660.

You can also look down just in front of the passenger side cyl head (below the alternator). There, you'll see a flat area with the letters "6.2LD" cast into the block.
