GM Website that displays updates/bulletins via VIN?

Hello,
I thought I remember hearing of a public GM website that can be used to identify vehicle updates/bulletins by typing in the vehicles VIN #'s. I am concerned my 2006 needs the glowplug/ECM programming update, but my dealer says his computer shows my truck doesn't require the update (even though my trucks VIN "does" fall within the 6F100001 - 6F218045 serial number range). Does anybody remember this website or have any suggestions? THANK YOU.

E-mail me you vin and I'll run a VISS on it. It will tell you if it needs to be done or not.
