I have a neighbor who has a 94 6.5 in a step van. It won't start unless you use(we used a rag soaked in gas, then held over the intake manifold) a boost. Then it will start and run as usual, anyone had a similar problem? I checked fuel pressure at the fuel filter, good. Help Please!
