Will 6.2's bore to 6.5L Dimensions?

Yeah, if it's a '599 cast 6.2L, not a 660 cast (82-91) 6.2L. That's the mystery we're trying to solve, whether it's safe or not, most advice points to the fact that it may not be. So we want to know why?
