H1 Runflat Wheels

Anyone successfully install H1 military runflat wheels on a burb, or?

I have them on a straight axle chevy. I'm using dually hubs on the front dana 60 and 2 inch spacers on the rear 14 bolt. Without spacers (on the front) of some sort they will rub steering parts due to the large amount of backspace.
