What the heck is the type/size of the tool for the MAF sensor? And can you buy it at AutoZone? I ran a search but came up empty. I'm thinking I'll do a proactive clean on mine.

The tool you need is a tamper resistant torx driver, size T-20. I don't know if Autozone will have it, but Napa should. You can either get an appex type bit, or a driver w/ handle.

If you can't find one anywhere, you can drill a regular T-20, if you have the means and skill.

I use a narrow bladed common screwdriver, less than 1/8", wedged between the torx flat and the center pin. They're just sheetmetal screws so there isn't a lot of torque involved.
