Bushwacker has fender cutout flares that allows 35" w/o lift. So, I'm guessing with cutouts & a slight lift you're lookin at 37"

I put 285-75-16's on my 02. Did have the torsion bars turned up some and cut about 1 inch off the lower plastic trip piece below the bumper for turning clearance. Then they were great. And this was with aftermarket wheels with (more or less, not sure how that works) of an offset so they did stick out a little more. I cannot see going any larger without a lift. Good luck.

I got 305 70R16's on mine and all i had to do was trim half an inch of the very bottom tip of the bumper, did it with a razor blade and took 5 in. take a look:

Anthony, I see the 305-70-16"s are the same diameter as the 285-75-16's and somewhat wider, wondering how they are working out, any uneven wear, or?

As far as wear goes its way too early to tell, i picked up the truck Sep 1st. But as far as ride they are working out very well. On wet roads truck handles very good, its even hard to squeel the tires. I got the BFG all terrains, and they seem pretty quiet.
