Coming back from a trip and the Burb had been sitting for 35 days without being started. I had to recharge the batteries (Optima Red Tops). Took it for a test drive under a hard accelleration and the SES came on.

DTC:
34 Injector Timing Stepper Motor Fault
46 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Circuit Fault
57 PCM 5 Volt Shorted
62 Turbo Boost Sensor Circuit Low
68 Transmission Component Slipping

With the exception of 34 & 57 the other DTC don't seem to be inter-related. Am I mising something here? I will be claring the codes and see if they come back.

Looks like you have a connection or ground problem. A chafed wire to ground could also cause this. Check 'em all. A loss of the 5V circuit could cause all of the above codes.

Hit it right on the head - negative wire on top post was loose after charging. Thanks.

Loose or poor connections on these electronic nightmares are a common source of issue. The Positive cable will corode in the strands where the feed comes off to fedd the system and cause all sorts of grief. The grounds will corode in the block end of the cables and give issue too.
