The Power Shop in Enumclaw, Washington is looking for an automotive/diesel technician. Majority of work consists of Cummins, Duramax, and Powerstrokes. ASE certifications encouraged. Full Medical/Dental benefits. Bosch training available. $20.00-$30.00hr DOE. Most technicians flag 40-55hrs a week. Busy shop, quality tools and diagnostic equipment, including a mustang chassis dyno.

I see you used the term "flag", are you a flat rate shop?

Once the technician is comfortable and gets into the flow of how the business is run they go flat rate. Usually after a month.
