Looking to buy a Diesel 6.5 suburban

I'm in the process of selling my diesel VW van and looking for a Diesel suburban. Goodbye VW forums, hello 6.5's. I'm thinking 96-99. Anybody have one forsale or know of one that is? I'm willing to tavel anywhere. In those years, are there one's to stay away from? Look forward to future discussions. Have really appreciated all the info I've read to date.

97's on had upgraded cooling and better air boxes. These could be added to earlier trucks. The eleven year warranty is a concern for the IP & FSD if miles are < 120K.

You could look for a long time and never find better, I would say.

I would love to see you drive that in town, wish I could afford it myself (and I don't have any idea of the cost, just "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" applies to me)

I have a message out to Petrella. I'm want to stay 4x4 at this time so sorry WJM. We cross the Rockies yearly at Christmas so having the backend kicking out on me going uphill is not to desirable at this time. I want to stay rust free as well so looking hard in the south. My loving partner has put some greater interest in this hunt and has stipulated no Burgandy or Red Burbs. Thus the perfect machine would be in order of importance, Black, dark blue, Silver or the light brown. White is the last option. 4x4 and Leather. Barn doors preferred but not essential.

Years are 95-99 (we want passanger air bag). Have had a couple responses but we will stay picky for a little while longer.
