This is a Scosche FM-MOD01 FM Modulator. The unit plugs in between your antenna input on receiver and your antenna; unit has audio input allows you to play your iPod or any audio device over your FM Stereo. This unit is used with less than a year of use. Comes with directions and all wires needed to for hook-up. This is a low quality unit works flawlessly, but audio quality could be better.

Never used, came with my new receiver didn't need it. Comes with wiring directions. Thought I'd pass it on to whoever might need it.
