Has anyone tried adjusting their headlights only to find something amiss. Mine currently is trying to turn the actual square blackplastic socket and ball joint (attatched to the actual lamp) which looks to me like it should'nt do. Does something in this mechanism sieze up fairly easily? Is the treaded in/out rod perpendicular to the adjustment screw supposed to rotate, strikes me it should stay stationary and merely go in and out?
