Looks to have done a nice job, but I agree a Ford/IHC diesel in a GM vehicle!!

A few more dollars and he could have had himself a nicely equipped D/A truck. He may have even got a few pennies back as change if he looked around and bought good used...
Regardless of how you look at it, shoehorning a Phord powertrain into a Chevy like that makes about as much sense as putting mustard on ice cream.

Now honestly do you guys share the same opinion when you see thousands of old Ford hot rods with 350 Chevys in them??? You don't get any more blasphemous than that.

This truck makes even less sense than the bucketful of dollars I've poured into a '32 5-window Pontiac rat rod, AND my 6.5 diesels, combined.
At least people give me a 'thumbs up' on the highway, when I drive my '32.
