I am in need of the complete electrical block diagram for the 1996 6.5TD and the vacuum diagram if any. Does anyone have anything like this on PDF they can e-mail me.

IIRC, the electrical section for my '95 was about 100 pages long.
the vacuum system is a little easier. If you don't have EGR, it's pump to solenoid to wastegate controller. If you have EGR ist "T's" off at the boost solenoid to the EGR solenoids. One is the control solenoid and the other is a dump solenoid to stop EGR "right now". Form there it T's to the MAP sensor and EGR valve (I think).
