What kind of fuel mileage can be expected from a regular cab K2500 or K3500 with a 6.5L and a 5 spd. Even if it has 4.10 gears, is 20 mpg out of reach? Thanks.

Yes...I have tried everything...no luck. I am happy if I get 15, some on here say they get better, but not mine, and I drive the 34 miles to and from work, cruise set at 65mph.
