Does anyone know if you can use this page to calculate the changes for a 96 Suburban?

http://www.philter.com/cgi-bin/drac.pl

The example they use is a 92 - just want to know if the same calculations would apply to the 96 since it is a different style. Do you know if the 96 uses 40 Pulses / Rotation as well?

I've changed the tires to 287/75/16 and I have stock 3:73 gears.

I've seen some posts refer to using "dip" switches. I'm assuming these are on/off type switches that you solder in place. Can the same thing be accomplished by just disconnecting the correct ones as well? Can someone tell me which ones should be connected / disconnected for my situation?

Thanks

Brad

Which VSSB do you have 7 or 14 pin?

Must be the 14 Pin. It has two female connections on the VSSB. The one that has a plug connected has 8 wires running to it. The other has no connector and looks like 4 more pins. Does that help?
