On our 02 running down the highway when you shift down to 4th the rpms go up and then drop around 250 rpms like it goes into 4th then 4th locked. On my 05 when I downshift it does not do that, it seems to just go straight to 4th locked. I was just curious why the difference??:confused:

Are you using OD lockout to downshift to 4th?

No just when I hit a big enough hill to slow me down. Maybe its not 4th?
