Fan Motor Fuse

My AC/Heat fan wont work in 1 thru 4 but will in 5. Is there another fuse for the Hi setting?

It's probably the blower resistor module if all connections are good. It could be the fan rotory switch, but the resistor is much cheaper and easier to replace, and fail more often (not to mention it doesn't hurt to have an extra on hand). Napa, Autozone, etc. should list them for less than $30. The resistor module is located in the duct above the passenger floor, and easily visable/accessible . Loss of some fan speeds is almost always the resistor module, for any GM vehicle.

I replaced my resistor bank in Oct, 2004. I believe the GM P/N was 15305077.
