1986 6.2 Crank pulley

Here is my noisy problem. This pulley is mounted to the crank with 4 bolts and is surrounded by some kind of rubber, Well the rubber is shot and I'm checked and brought the pulley to my local auto part store and they have no idea what it is and or can't find any part number to cross reference them

NAPA carries that accessory drive pulley - should probably also check the harmonic balancer for rubber deterioration - that can easily break the crankshaft.

The harmonic balancer looks very good! I was changing the water pump ( pain in the A$#) and found that the nasty noise was comming for the pulley!

Here is the updated question: My Neighbor has a few 6.2 diesel pulleys but they don't have the rubber bushing in it. They look kind of like the water pump pulleys / But they aren't. So my question would I be able to use the pulley with out the rubber with causing any problems?
