I rebuilt the 6.5 in my 94 K2500 and it seems like it should have more power. It never smokes even high rpm or heavy load (trailer). I bought the truck with a blown motor so I have no comparison. The turbo/ intake plenum puts out 7 psi. The time set procedure on the Tech 1 is set at 40. If I unhook the vaccum line to the wastegate the truck will smoke a little less power. The lift pump puts out 10 PSI. Injectors, IP timing, ????

What is TDC Offset value in negative degrees

What is Desired timing and Actual timing in positive degrees

What is Engine Coolant Temperature

What is Intake Air Temperature

Other than that, it sounds normal, tho I don't understand your number for time set.

I will have to borrow a Tech 1 from a friend to recheck these values within the next few days. The GM instructor at our VoTech said to go into Time set and adjust the IP to 40, then go to TDC offset and the commputor will set the timing offset. Coolant temp and Intake temp seem normal 195cts and ambient temp on the intake. Sure wish an aftermarket scanner would work on this truck.

Have you used the ENGH program, is it any good?

A number of members on the other site are doing BETA-test on it, even as we type - it exactly duplicates Tech1 bi-di scanner function for '94-'95 OBD1 EFI 6.5, including TIME SET and TDCO LEARN functions.

Makes it ever so much easier for me, or anyone with 6.5 savoire faire, to help them troubleshoot their ailing vehicles.
