Injector Timing

If you are asking what he does to check timing... It is a function controlled by the computer. Hooking into it with a suitable scanner (not just a cheap code reader) will tell you the base timing and TDC offset.

Sorry for the intrigue but Tim answered my question. I am to understand that if I get the pump in a place where it doesn't set a code the ECM takes over and the engine is properly timed? Then the TDCO is set and away you go! And barring any malfuctions I should not expect any timing related problems like hard starting or GP burning up,and if someone were to ask where my timings at I would hook up the AE and tell them what it reads.
