Power Brake Boost Gone??????

Left a stop yesterday and was surprised at the first stop light that I had no power assist on the brake system. Power steering was working fine. Checked fluid level, also good. Parked truck overnight and brakes seem good today. Any help would be appreciated. For Information Vehical is a 2003 HD2500 Crewcab Duramax with about 95,000 miles.

I'm not sure how the hydraulic brake booster operates internally. Perhaps a sticky valve? Might be a good time to change the fluid.
