Hi,
I'm taking things apart on my 1998 K3500 in preparation for an engine overhaul. On the air intake, just after the filter, there was a big bolt screwed down into a hole that I eventually figured out was where the air cleaner restriction indicator used to live. I'll find a new one eventually, but if this stays sealed up then I presume that I will not see any problems except for having to remember on my own when the air filter needs changed, right?
