Got 98 Diesel Cube Van not running. Previous owner got installed 01 injector pump used $350 in it 2 ys ago . I have had in yard 1 yr...got clear fuel to top of motor via clear tube....noticed when key on...about 10 sec of pumping then stops....hope this is normal? Expect then inj pump sucks fuel from there. Started yesterday 1st time on wd40 and runs ...barely ....just about idle speed....try more accel...does not respond to it....runs like a car with its choke stuck on? Starts when you pump the gas......and after about 3 trys stays running but runs like above .....will stay running/
