Is there a reason that you don't see very many Dullie's with ULTRA wheels?

Specifically the Dullie 12's

Alcoas are the most popular for the dually. Who makes the Ultra?

The Ultra Type 12 Dulley wheel looks nice. BUT they are counter pressure cast. Most people would want forged wheels for the dulley. I looked in their specs and couldn't find any load rating either.
