I have a fuel leak and thought it was the filter housing or the line but the valley is dry. The return lines on the turbo side injectors seem to be where it's comming from. It leaks while it's off which makes me think no way it's the return lines and it doesn't do it all the time.
Is it possible to leak out of the return lines with the truck off?
It starts fine hot or cold.

There isn't much pressure in those lines. all they carry is the tiny bit of fuel that seaps past the internal parts of the injector. (This is necessary to lube the injector.) If they leak while the engine is off, try loosening the fuel cap. Maybe pressure in the tank is pushing fuel out the leaks.
