Finally done. New double roller timing chain, new injector nozzles, and no nore hard start or white smoke condition thank god. The toughest thing? Manufacturing my own shims for the injectors to get them to pop when I wanted. I would recommend stainless steel for the shims I believe thats what bosch uses. What I did was use the old shims and grind em down a little at a time until bingo on teh money. My homemade injector popper worked great I would recommend building one to anyone, but, as RoverII stated, they can be dangerous. Make sure all threads get sealed up real good as 100 psi will find its way out never mind 1800, and that'll hurt ya bad. After turning wrench after wrench my truck finally starts within 1 revolution of the motor when cold. Almost forgot, "The Right Stuff" gasket maker is the best I eliminated timing cover, water pump, front oil pan, water crossover gaskets by making my own that stuff is the best. Good luck.
